Said the Whale

So tonight I went and saw said the whale! And I yelled “curse of the currents” and then they said just for you! And then I went up to Ben after and he remembers me from all his last shows. So… This night is good. Not only that but I saw one of my closest friends, jack, tonight. And I vow to make sure to always see said the whale if they are anywhere that I can see them. That’s the end of my rant. Happy Saturday all! I hope you all had an amazing day too :)

I love Said the Whale, but most of all, I could marry Ben. Anywho, just decided to put this track up. I’m exhausted. Went swimming with my mom (she doesn’t know how to swim so I had to help her around) and water just makes me sleepy. So a 35 minute power nap it is, before I have to go to work at good’ol H&M.

Curse of the Currents - Said the Whale

This song was the highlight of my night/the concert. It was spectacular. Ben (vocalist in the song) asked everyone in the crowd to not clap, and be as silent as possible. For those who knew the lyrics, he asked them to sing along. With an unplugged acoustic and absolutely not mic, he melodiously played this song. I managed to get a short video of it which I suggest you all watch, even if its only half of a minute long. Because of that performance, this is my new favorite song. Me and my cousin are learning how to play/sing it even though I have a bad voice. :)
